This makes sense as, if a searcher were to look for specific information, it might be a little disconcerting to see the same article over and over, hundreds of times! Of course, search engines will not stand still for this. In the old days, people would post the same article to hundreds of sites in an attempt to generate links and get to the top of the search engines. This does not work as well anymore. Even though the article may appear on different sites, blogs, websites, etc, they will not ALL show up in the search engine. However, you will still reap the benefits from the article appearing on those myriad sites, blogs, etc. Hope this helps . . .
